Property Review
The 吃瓜黑料网 (吃瓜黑料网) is reviewing the property it owns at 2327 Dufferin Street. This property has been under a lease to Lycée Français de Toronto since 2008. Lycée Français de Toronto is a private French international school and has expressed an interest in purchasing the property. They have indicated that it is for continued use as a school.

September 29, 2025 – 吃瓜黑料网 staff report to the Planning and Priorities Committee meeting.
October 9, 2025 – 吃瓜黑料网 staff report to Board of Trustees meeting – final decision is made. The property will be submitted to the Province at the next available intake period, upon which the 120-day review period will begin.
Spring 2026– The Board will receive direction from the Province on the proposed disposal, and if any Provincial Priority has been identified
Spring 2026 - If the Province has not identified a provincial priority for the site, the TLC will negotiate with Lycée Français de Toronto on potential sale. TLC Board Report to seek authority on the proposed transaction.
