The Special Education and Inclusion Department, in collaboration with all staff, is committed to providing equitable access to learning opportunities for all students, through our ongoing commitment to Truth and Reconciliation, human rights, anti-oppression, equity and anti-ableism.
The work of the Special Education and Inclusion Department is guided by the goals outlined in the Multi-Year Strategic Plan (MYSP). The ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø values a strong public education system that promotes full participation by identifying, removing, and preventing accessibility barriers so that all students, including students with disabilities/special education needs and intersecting identities, are provided with opportunities to realize their full potential.
