Educators 4 Engagement (E4E) For ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Teachers (K–12)
E4E is aÌý³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø program created by PCCEO to support teachers in building their capacity for parent and caregiver engagement. E4E helps educators strengthen meaningful connections between home and school — extending classroom learning into the home, and inviting parents and caregivers into the learning environment.
E4E is designed for teachers, pre-service teacher candidates, and occasional teachers who want practical, ready-to-use strategies for engaging parents and caregivers in ways that enhance student success and well-being.
Through E4E, educators have access to:
Lunch and Learns – short, focused sessions exploring effective engagement strategies.
PA Day Training – professional learning opportunities to deepen engagement practices.
Teacher Candidate Support – resources and mentorship to embed engagement early in teaching practice.
A Google Classroom filled with tools, templates, and resources to make engagement easy, intentional, and aligned with ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø priorities.
Why Parent and Caregiver Engagement Matters:
As outlined in the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ꿉۪s P023 Parent and Caregiver Engagement Policy, engagement is an equitable and relational partnership that supports student achievement, well-being, and healthy development at home, at school, and in the community. E4E helps teachers bring this policy to life by fostering co-constructed goals and shared responsibility for student success.
