Don Mills CI Cyber Arts Program Showcases Talent at Community Safety Hub Launch

Alongside other local organizations, Cyber Arts students managed a booth that featured an impressive display of mixed media artwork created by students in Grades 9 to 12.

The display quickly became a highlight of the event, drawing the attention of community members and even Mayor Olivia Chow, who took time to admire the creativity and enthusiasm of the students. Their artwork served as a vibrant example of how youth can contribute meaningfully to community spaces through art.

This event reflects the strong community partnerships that have grown over the years between Don Mills CI and Shops at Don Mills. The school’s Cyber Arts Program has been invited to several VIP events, underscoring the value of these connections in providing students with real-world opportunities to showcase their skills.

Behind the program’s success are passionate educators Andrea Simpson and Blakely McAlister, whose dedication continues to inspire and support the next generation of Cyber Arts students.
